The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with excellent space planning that allowed us to fully relax. Plus, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, making it easy to go sightseeing or shopping. I especially want to praise the breakfast here. The restaurant environment was spacious and comfortable, and the food quality was very high and delicious. What surprised and touched us the most was that, because we had to leave early one day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a large bag of takeaway breakfast for us, ensuring we wouldn't go hungry on the road. This level of thoughtfulness truly exceeded our expectations! Overall, this is a high-quality hotel filled with a human touch, and I sincerely recommend it to every traveler!"

"My wife and I have stayed here for 2 nights and we also have to come back for 1 more night after our sacred valley tour, the hotel is lovely we’ll positioned for access to the city and room are tidy and clean staff are friendly but the problem is the nose there is a restaurant neighbouring the hotel that in the first night sounded like a dance party after I complained I was told they had a licence for this and I just had to put up with it until midnight , the second on night it sounded like a live band this was until 3 am absolutely no rest after visiting the city and needing early starts for tours also there are dogs barking all the time in the area and also there is no air con in the room and gets quite hot for us Europeans at mid to late 20s degrees and can not open the windows because music becomes even louder it was a shame as the hotel was very nice but if you like your sleep undisturbed then don’t stay here"

"Hotel Montecristo. The location is good. Just walking distance from the main plaza and with easy access to the main attractions. A short walk uphill and you are in the “acueducto” as well as a good spot for nice view and pictures of the city. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I was able to get any last minute items that I needed from there, like water, sunblock, insect repellent, etc. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was light but ok. And the internet can definitely be better, but based on the location (Cuzco) you can’t ask for much. Right? The staff people were friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

"The hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the center. My reservation indicated that breakfast was included, but when I got there, I was surprised by an additional fee of 20 soles per day per person. This was quite frustrating. Also, we faced issues with room facilities. In the first, the shower had constant temperature issues, swinging between hot and cold, making bathing an uncomfortable experience. In the second room, we were informed that we would only be able to use the jacuzzi once a day. This restriction was not mentioned during the reservation and severely limited my relaxation experience during the stay. Employees began sweeping the stairs at 7 a.m., resulting in an unwanted wake-up due to noise. Additionally, the presence of transparent parts at the top of the room doors and windows allowed external light from the hallways to illuminate my room, affecting proper rest."

The room WiFi is extremely poor, practically unusable! Large tour groups stay at the hotel, making it very noisy in the mornings. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, only electric heaters. It is far from the city center, usually requiring a taxi ride. The advantages are: the front desk staff are friendly, and the breakfast is good."

"It's an okay hotel. It was renovated from an old house. We initially arranged to check in with two rooms on the slope top of the top floor. They were obviously small, and the bathroom was especially small. There was also pipe noise coming from outside one room. After giving advice to the front desk, We were moved to a large room on the first floor, and a friend's room was moved to a room the next day. We were basically satisfied and stayed for 5 nights in total. Breakfast is average~ The service is also pretty good. The hotel has an ancient covered courtyard where you can sit and relax. There is also a covered corridor on the second floor, which is antique and has a nice small environment. It is very close to the center of the ancient city of Cusco, and all places of interest in the ancient city are within walking distance~ When I finally checked out and left, the front desk sent the reserved car to the airport, and the price was quite reasonable."
